Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of in vitro diagnostic reagents and quality control products, including not limited to raw materials screening, performance evaluation, process optimization;

2. The establishment, operation and maintenance of the reagent traceability system and assignment method;

3. Responsible for calibrating the output of relevant documents of quality control, support design conversion and production work;

4. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, biology, immunology, chemistry, medical examination and other related majors;

2. Work experience above 2 years, and have the priority of the development experience of calibration and quality control products;

3. With proficient English reading and writing ability, be able to read and retrieve literature proficiently;

4. Familiar with in vitro diagnostic product research and development management, project establishment, technical requirements, product registration, physical examination and clinical evaluation/test;

5. Have strong communication skills, hands -on ability and learning ability, have the spirit of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, and are willing to accept new things and new challenges.
