Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of reorganized protein (antigen) products for in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVD);

2. Responsible for the research work of new projects, collect and organize information such as related technical backgrounds and literature, design and verification of experimental solutions;

3. Express the protein that requires immune activity according to the gene sequence;

4. Responsible for the design and development of authenticurtelin and prokaryotic protein (carrier construction, plasmid transfusion, protein expression, etc.);

5. Read related literature and optimize the restructuring protein expression system;

6. Optimize protein preparation and stability.

Job requirements:

1. Graduate degree or above, related majors such as immunology, biology, medicine, pharmacy;

2. There are more than 5 years of experience in the expression of recombinant protein (E. coli, yeast, mammalian cells, and insect cells).

3. Have strong experimental design capabilities and operating capabilities, and independent responsibility for reorganization of protein expression purification process developers to obey.
